Upscale 5,000: We email surveys to more than 5,000 users in New York which make up our “Upscale 5,000” advisory database. We provide you with raw data and interpreted data.
Survey/ Polling: We provide relevant scientific polling/ surveys within 5% margin of error.
Qualitative
Psychographic segmenting: Surveys, online, and offline research to understand your potential market interests, behavior, opinions, and influences.
Focus Groups: Each of our focus groups sessions consist of three separate groups based on demographics and psychographics. Each session is about 90 minutes long.
Concept-labs: Three teams of 5 people, generating ideas around your brand, product or services.
Shop-alongs: We monitor 12 – 35 people purchasing habits at stores. We’ve extended this service to monitor patrons experience at nightclubs and entertainment venues.
Eavesdrop: Similar to focus groups but we do not have an expert directing the conversation. The individuals in the group have free reign. This approach is very effective to observe how groups make purchasing decisions for event tickets or products, when reaching a consensus depends on collective decision making, influences, and persuasion.

How Much?
Because of the nature of our services pricing varies based on client’s request. However, we’ll present you with a complete proposal which includes pricing before commencing any project. Therefore, the prices listed below are only starting points for each service.

Market profiling includes demographics, census reports, market condition of your business/ product, and competition analysis. For instance, for nightclubs we include an “event analysis” report which includes marketing approach to customer satisfaction.
Customer Specific Analytical reports: $1,500
Customer specific analytical reports include market profile in addition to in-depth customer, product research, and recommendations using both quantitative and qualitative research.
